Hailo has two diversified audiences: drivers and passengers. It was key to keep the tone of voice fresh and the message clear. Simultaneous launches of the app in different cities all over the world, challenged them to make a global brand sound local and approachable.

With a focus in social media, I produced a series of short videos, intended to add dynamic content to the company's weekly blog. These videos were produced in a lo-fi quality, using user-generated content at times, to establish a familiar tone of voice.
